Ingamo Family Homes could not operate without the efforts of its committed and dedicated staff. But equally important is its board of directors, which oversees operations. Ingamo is constantly on the lookout for new faces at the board table as terms end and members move on. There is no more satisfying work than serving on a board that has as its mandate the assistance of women and children escaping abuse. No special skills are required except compassion, caring, and a willingness to work together toward a common goal – that of assisting Ingamo’s residents. Anyone interested in learning more about Ingamo’s board of directors and the work of Ingamo should contact Executive Director, Diane Harris at 519-421-0383, ext. 224.
"Ingamo", in the Inuit language, means
