We recognize that a holistic approach is needed to support this transition; it’s not just about providing RGI housing. Therefore we require a commitment to participate in support programs from all families. Ingamo supports the physical, intellectual, social and emotional well being of families to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed and thrive in a new way of life.
We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless.
The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest poverty.
We must start in our own homes to remedy this kind of poverty.
